How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping times for domestic continental US orders are based on processing time (1-2 days) plus shipping time (2-4 business days from the date your order is shipped). Please note that for the purpose of calculating total shipping time, we consider the date of purchase to be the following day for any orders received after 12pm Pacific Time / 2 pm Eastern Time. These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii or international orders. We ship USPS – first class or priority, depending on the total weight of the package.
For international orders, we ship USPS International Standard shipping, which does not provide a tracking number information, but is the most economical way for us to ship to you! Your order will typically arrive within 10-20 business days and we charge a flat rate of $7 for Canada and $9 for all other international destinations. International orders will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen. International delivery times vary depending on the custom’s office of the arrival country and may be subject to VAT or other duty fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
**If you choose to pay by e-check, your order will not ship until your payment is approved. This can take from 3-5 additional days.
If you live in NORTHERN VA and want to come pick-up your order, type the word “LOCAL” into the promo box at checkout and you won’t be charged shipping. Then shoot us an email and let us know when you want to come get your order. (email@example.com)
**Free Shipping on Orders Over $50 in the US**
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you are absolutely delighted with your purchase from Coco Penny. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
Your refund or store credit will be the purchase amount less shipping. If it came to you damaged we will also pay for the return shipping. All returns must be in the original packaging and original condition.
Please note that the only exceptions to our return policy are sale merchandise purchases which are considered final sale; no refunds or credits are available.
